Fully automatic online inkjet printer refers to the automatic inkjet equipment that supports the production line of the enterprise for inkjet operation. The fully automatic online inkjet printer includes small character inkjet printer, flying laser printer, thermal foaming inkjet printer, thermal transfer inkjet printers and high-resolution UV inkjet printers. Fully automatic inkjet printers do not include handheld inkjet printers and static laser printers.
1. Small character inkjet printer: the CIJ inkjet printer, which uses the charged deflection of the ink to deflect the ink dots out of the normal flight path, and shoots towards the surface of the target inkjet to form a dot matrix, thereby forming characters, numbers or graphics. Its printing speed is fast, and the single-line printing can reach 300 meters per minute. Taking the date printing of mineral water bottles and beverage bottles as an example, the printing speed of small characters can reach about 1,000 bottles per minute. Due to the limited printing height and precision, small character inkjet printer is mainly used for simple digital inkjet code such as production date and batch number.
2. Laser marking machine: Different lasers are used to hit the laser beam on the surface of various materials, and the surface material can undergo physical or chemical changes through light, thereby engraving the logo content such as patterns, trademarks and words. The laser printer has no consumables, has a long service life, can operate in harsh environments, and can be permanently marked on various metal and non-metal surfaces. The marking effect is corrosion-resistant and prevents malicious tampering. However, its coding accuracy is not as good as that of high-resolution inkjet printers, and it may cause damage to the surface of the printed object. In addition, its coding speed is much slower than that of ink jet printers.
3. Thermal foaming inkjet printer: a high-resolution inkjet printer using thermal foaming inkjet technology. Its nozzle adopts semiconductor film technology, and uses laser manufacturing process and high-precision deep technology to form multiple jets with a diameter of about 50 μm. These nozzle holes are arranged in a high density, and the inkjet is heated by electricity through a thin film resistor, so that the ink generates countless tiny bubbles, and the bubbles gather into large bubbles at a very fast speed and expand, forcing the ink droplets to be ejected from the nozzle; when the resistor has no voltage then the heating is stopped and no ink droplets are ejected.
It can print color content with low initial investment, but the cost of consumables in mass production is high, and in terms of printing quality, because the thermal foaming printer needs to heat the ink during use, and the ink is prone to chemical changes at high temperatures, the nature is unstable, and the color authenticity will be affected to a certain extent.
4. Thermal transfer inkjet printer: the principle is to place the ribbon between the inkjet printing head and the product to be coded, and the inkjet printing head will move a certain distance on the surface of the ink ribbon and the product at the same time. It mainly prints content on flexible packaging film and labels, with a small range of applications, usually only used in the packaging and printing industry.
5. High-resolution UV inkjet printer: Its working principle is the same as that of piezoelectric inkjet printer. It has hundreds or more piezoelectric crystals to control multiple nozzle holes on the nozzle plate. The drive board outputs a series of electrical signals to each piezoelectric crystal, the piezoelectric crystal is deformed, the volume of the liquid storage device in the structure changes suddenly, and the ink is ejected from the nozzle and falls on the surface of the moving object to form a lattice, thus forming text, numbers or graphics. The UV inkjet printer combines the advantages of inkjet printing technology and UV curing technology, not only the convenience of variable data online inkjet technology, but also the efficiency advantages of high adhesion UV curing.
