CYCJET Smart II online inkjet printer is also called thermal foaming inkjet printer. This thermal inkjet printer could still work very well although in high-temperature environments because of its special printing technology. The nozzle of the CYCJET online thermal inkjet printer adopts semiconductor thin-film technology, using laser processing, and high-precision coating technology to form a plurality of nozzle holes with a diameter of about 50 microns. The nozzles for this thermal inkjet printer are arranged at a high density. After receiving the heating signal, the ink will be heated to about 260 degrees Celsius by an electric current in a very short instant. Local ink is heated to form bubbles to expand and eject the ink. Therefore, the ink of this thermal foaming inkjet printer could withstand high temperatures for a long time.
